Villa Kyody’s secluded hillside location offers both peace & quiet and complete privacy as well as provides for a constant gentle breeze to keep the house cool in the daytime and the perfect sleeping temperature at night.

The hand-cut slate pool is nestled amongst the gardens, palm trees, the sun deck and natural cliff side rock formations. The high heat absorbing quality of the slate combined with the full days of direct sun exposure makes the pool both practical and a delight to use year-round. The decks and pool are both private and secluded.
